Terms and Conditions 

 

Welcome to Just Goat Production Services

 

We are delighted to have you as our valued client. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, as they govern the use of our premier production services, luxury transportation, rentals, and equipment. These conditions apply to all bookings, rentals, and services provided for productions in the film, TV, and event industries.

1. Booking and Reservations

a. Reservations for transportation, production services, and equipment rentals can be made via our website, customer service, or designated contact channels.
b. A non-refundable deposit of 25%-50%, based on vehicle or equipment type, is required to secure the booking or rental.
c. All rentals are subject to availability. Early booking is advised due to high demand in the production and event industries.
d. Confirmation of booking or rental is contingent upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, and services or equipment cannot be provided until full payment is received.
e. Full payment is required 14 days before the booking date for large vehicles (24+ passengers) or specialized equipment (e.g., motorhomes, talent trailers). For all other bookings, full payment must be made 7 days prior.
f. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
g. Upgrades: Just Goat Production Services reserves the right to upgrade vehicles or substitute equipment at no additional charge. If a customer cannot accept an upgraded vehicle or equipment class, this must be specified at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. For large-scale productions (24+ passengers, award shows, motorhomes, etc.), cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
b. For all other services or rentals, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
c. Cancellations outside of the designated period will incur a cancellation fee, and the deposit will be retained.
d. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation or rental.

3. Refund Policy

a. Once service or rental has commenced, no refunds will be issued, even if the production or rental ends early.
b. Just Goat Production Services is not liable for mechanical failures or equipment malfunctions during chartered services or rentals but will work to reschedule or repair within one year of the original booking.
c. Delays caused by weather or unsafe road conditions do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.

4. Payment

a. Full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in a contractual arrangement with production accounts.
b. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, electronic transfers, and corporate accounts.
c. Customers authorize Just Goat Production Services to charge any outstanding balances to the credit card on file.
d. Additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking, equipment damage, extra services) will be billed separately.

5. Deposits

a. All deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward future bookings or rentals within one year of the original date.
b. For custom production services or special vehicle/equipment requests, the deposit may vary based on project needs and equipment type.

6. Rental Equipment Terms

a. Cast Trailers, Talent Trailers, Motorhomes, and Restroom Trailers: These rentals are provided as-is and include routine cleaning before and after use.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning requirements, or misuse of the rental.

  • Any damage to the equipment, including broken fixtures, soiled interiors, or missing components, will result in repair or replacement costs billed to the client.

  • Damage fees for trailers or motorhomes include, but are not limited to:

    • Broken or missing glass: $100 each

    • Excessive cleaning (soiled interiors): $300+

    • Repairs for damaged plumbing, electrical systems, or built-in equipment (e.g., generators, HVAC) will be billed based on the repair costs.
      b. Trucks and Utility Vehicles: Trucks and other vehicles used for production support must be returned in the same condition as provided.

  • Fuel charges will apply if the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level.

  • Any damage, excessive wear, or neglect will be billed to the client based on repair costs.

  • Tire damage, such as punctures or excessive wear, will result in replacement costs.
    c. Portable Restroom Trailers: Clients are responsible for maintaining restroom trailers in a sanitary condition.

  • Any excessive waste or damage to plumbing systems will result in a $500+ clean-up and repair fee.

  • Just Goat Production Services can provide waste pumping services at an additional cost.

7. Vehicle and Equipment Selection

a. We strive to provide the requested vehicles or equipment but do not guarantee specific availability. Substitutions may be made with equivalent or higher-quality vehicles or equipment.
b. All rentals and services must comply with industry safety standards and cannot exceed capacity limits.
c. Damage Policy: Clients are responsible for any damage caused by production personnel, guests, or crew.

  • Vomit clean-up (vehicles or trailers): $500+

  • Broken or missing equipment: Costs based on repair or replacement value

  • Equipment overloading, misuse, or unsafe handling will result in additional charges.

8. Conduct of Passengers and Crew

a. All passengers, production personnel, and crew are expected to treat vehicles, trailers, and equipment with respect.
b. Smoking inside any vehicles, trailers, or equipment is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $1,000 penalty. For productions requiring smoking accommodations, prior arrangements must be made with a smoking fee.
c. No pets or animals are allowed in vehicles or rental equipment unless arranged in advance, with a $500 penalty for violations.

9. Safety and Liability

a. Seatbelts must be worn in all vehicles during transit.
b. Just Goat Production Services is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during transit or while using rental equipment.
c. Clients are responsible for securing personal belongings and production-related equipment. Just Goat Production Services is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

a. Just Goat Production Services is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
b. In cases of force majeure, Just Goat Production Services will work with clients to find alternative solutions, such as rescheduling or providing refunds.

11. Grace Period and Waiting Times

a. For hourly services, a 30-minute grace period is allowed. After that, additional hours will be billed.
b. For point-to-point services, a 15-minute grace period applies before waiting time fees are charged.
c. For airport arrivals, a 30-minute grace period applies for domestic flights, and a 60-minute grace period for international flights.

12. Privacy and Data Security

We prioritize your privacy and protect all personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Feedback and Complaints

a. We welcome feedback from all production teams and clients.
b. If you encounter any issues during service or with rental equipment, please contact our customer service team immediately at 404-940-4208 for assistance.

14. Affiliate Services

Just Goat Production Services reserves the right to utilize affiliate partners to meet production and transportation needs, ensuring compliance with our high-quality standards.

15. Termination of Service or Rental

Just Goat Production Services reserves the right to terminate service or rentals if passengers, crew, or production personnel engage in behavior that endangers the safe operation of vehicles or equipment.

16. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Just Goat Production Services, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of our services and rental equipment.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be settled in accordance with Georgia state law.

18. Amendments

Just Goat Production Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review updated terms.

By using Just Goat Production Services for transportation, production services, or rental equipment, you agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring your production runs smoothly.
